Coconut & Vanilla Daylight Cravings

Coconut/Vanilla Daylight tasting notes: This one was fun and tough, just think about it, coconut and vanilla plus the balance of all the flavors in a breakfast stout. We’re working to balance out Coconut, Vanilla, Coffee, Smoke, Maple, Chocolate, Roast, etc. It turned out perfect, everything is there, its thick and viscous with this character that reminds me of what maple syrup would be like infused with coconut and vanilla. Not cloying in any way but still enough sweetness to balance the smoke, you’ll be reaching for this one long after your last bottle is gone.
