Casks for a Cause- Mercy House

December 18, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our December Cask for a Cause will be benefiting Mercy House, Inc. Mercy House is not a “cookie-cutter” organization. Each family and individual has different needs and they strive to meet the families at their needs holistically. Each individual completes a service strategy plan.
They look at the areas of education, job skills, life resources, personal hygiene, emotional health, physical and dental health, social relationships, childcare needs, spiritual needs, time management, legal issues and diversity abilities.
Residents set goals in each of these areas as needed and along with their case manager, set priorities and make a plan for those goals to be met.
Find out more about this valuable resource at:
With the current guidelines of Governor Northam’s Phase 3, we will have…
-A “cask” infusion available from 1-10 pm that will be offered as $5 pints for onsite consumption and $10 32 oz grunt fills to go with all proceeds going to Mercy House.
-For those practicing social distancing, grunt fills can be obtained through walk-in purchase or our #BrosThru curbside service.
-A silent auction for the framed event poster with the winning bid going to Mercy House.
-Lunch/dinner options from The Bayou Kitchen. Pair a pint from the cask with a Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Po Boy, Bayou Roll, or one of their other signature menu items.
-Christmas music, movies, and cheer!
-More good stuff TBA.
Come out to help out this wonderful cause by buying a pint from their cask and participating in the silent auction for the framed poster for the event. All proceeds from the cask and the silent auction will go to Streak for a Cure and their cause.
